1.Damage & Breakages - A refundable deposit of £200 will be payable before arrival. Following satisfactory departure inspection The deposit will be returned within 7 working days. 2. Aircon (split system) charge £20 per week in high season. 3. A cleaning & laundry charge payable on arrival of €50 will be payable on all bookings. 3. Call out for replacement or lost keys €25.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY 1. Occupancy - A maximum of 7 people plus one baby are allowed in any one booking & occupancy is based on a weekly basis. DISCOUNTS are available for booking in excess of 3 weeks. Long term rentals during low season from £120 per week. 2. Damage & Breakages - A refundable deposit of £200 will be payable together with a final rental payment 8 weeks before arrival. Following satisfactory departure inspection the deposit will be returned within 7 working days. 3. Payment - a deposit of £200 will be payable at the time of booking. Full and final payment will be due 8 weeks before arrival. The following cancellation charges will apply: 8-6 weeks 50%, 6-4 weeks 75%, under 4 weeks 100%. 4. Payment Method & Currency - Payment in British Pounds £ by bank transferl. Please contact for other currencies. Please note we do NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES. If booking made less than 1 weeks to date of departure then we accept Euros in cash on arrival plus breakages deposit. 5. Check in - The apartment will normally be available from 12-noon on the day of arrival however we are flexible, where possible, on arrival/departure times by prior arrangement. 6. Check out - The apartment must be vacated by 12-noon on day of departure; we may be able to extend this time subject to availability. 7. Cleaning & Laundry - Clients are expected to leave the apartment clean & tidy. The terrace, kitchen (including cooker) should be left clean. Cooking utensils, pots and pans washed and put away. A cleaning & laundry charge payable on arrival of €50 will be payable on all bookings. 8. Air con - is available between June & September bookings requiring air con will attract a small surcharge of £15 per week payable in advance with rental payment. 9. Lost keys - Call out for replacement or lost keys €25. 10. Strictly no smoking except on the terrace or outside garden. CLIENT PROFILE - We do not permit rentals to groups of youths under the age of 25. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. DISCLAIMER - The owners will not be liable for any loss or damage to persons/articles/possessions in or around the apartment, gardens or swimming pool during the clients occupation. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL CLIENTS CARRY APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE AT TIME OF BOOKING AND OCCUPANCY. Please do not remove towels from the apartment. Please bring your own beach towels if number of people are more then 4 as there are only 4 beach towels are available in the property. The owner has provided window & door grilles & window locks for your security. You are responsible for your belongings whilst in the apartment.
