This condo is my home away from home. I would love for you to enjoy my unit but please treat it with loving care. I have tried to equip it with the common day necessities in addition to extras that you will not find at most hotels or apartments. With that in mind, please realize that I cannot anticipate everyone's needs. If there is something special that you might require, please do not hesitate to ask.

Basic Rules:
1) No Smoking allowed in the room. (This is a rule set forth by the Homeowners' Association) Please respect this request. You may smoke on the balcony but PLEASE do not toss your cig. butts over the railing.

2) Please do not take home any movies, books or cd's. Allow them to stay for other guests to enjoy!

3) Please turn off the air-conditioning in all rooms when you leave each day. Electricity is very expensive in Thailand! It does not take long for the rooms to cool off once the a/c is put back on.

4) No loud music/noises after 10 pm. Please respect your surrounding neighbors.
