Heating & firewood included from October - end May (additional heating/firewood fee applies outside this period if requested).
Babies under 12mths: portacot, baby bath & highchair available on request (25 euros fee for setup, or BYO)
Terms: 30% non-refundable deposit payable on booking confirmation.
Balance due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking fee payable in full if confirmed within eight weeks of arrival.
Refundable security/damage deposit also required 200 euros (returned within 14 days of stay).
The main house, Villa Ste Therese, 70m from the cottage, separated by lawns & hedges, may also be occupied during your stay.
