- We request £400 security deposit which is returned via electronic transfer upon departure once cleaners have checked and cleaned the property and inventory has been completed and all keys handed back in. Cleaning/check in check out fee is now payable in advance at time of booking at the rate of £110. 50% deposit to secure booking + security and then full payment due 8 weeks before departure. Security deposit refunded minus any damage/loss or breakages/additional cleaning.
