Additional information about rental rates
Above rates are quoted in Euros (€) including VAT and all taxes. Rates are per week
- Fruit, Wine, Sweet, Spices ,Raki, foods ,cold water .....
- Linen change every 3 days
- Bathrobes, slippers, towels, beach towels, toiletries and fresh flowers.
- Private Parking lot at your Villa.
Payment terms
- 30% of not refundable is required upon confirmation.
- Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserves the right to cancel the -booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation must be notified in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply from the time your written instructions are received by us:
- 30 days prior to arrival : 50%
- 15 days prior to arrival : 70%
- 0 days or less prior to arrival : 100%
