A 25% non refundable deposit payable upon booking. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable breakages deposit of €200. This deposit is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Reduction available for bookings of over 2 weeks - please enquire for details.

Stays are usually from Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible.

Cleaning before and after your arrival is included.

Usual arrival time is not before 3pm and departure time is by 10am. We always try to be flexible regarding arrival and departure times, however, at busier times this may not be possible.
