Cancellations:
The cancellation of a booking, the following charges will , depending on the date of cancellation :
- > 10 days before check-in , penalty of 10 % of the amount of the reserve.
- Between 8 and 10 days before check-in , penalty of 20 % of the amount of the reserve.
- Between 6 and 7 days before check-in , penalty of 30 % of the amount of the reserve.
- Between 4 and 5 days before check-in , penalty of 40 % of the amount of the reserve.
- Between 1 and 3 days before check-in , penalty of 60 % of the amount of the reserve.
- No show: 100% of the corresponding amount of the reserve penalty.

Once the customer has taken possession of the apartment, and wanted to leave before the end date of your reservation, we will not refund any amount , except in cases where the apartment to justify it and the receipt of the apartments had not been provided to the customer an alternative (change of apartment).

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e- mail or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are accepted.
