A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking then the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
I accept bank transfer, cheque or paypal. In addition I require a £100 damages deposit cheque sent with the booking form. This will be banked during the week of your stay and refunded in the week after if everything left in satisfactory condition.

I am afraid we do not usually accept pets but may for short breaks and the house is non-smoking.
