TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All prices are NET and includes TAXES, One Airport Transfer each way, Welcome Pack )water, soft drinks, fresh fruits and flowers), cleaning every 3 days, and 20% discount on Private Boat Charter ( Luxury Yacht)
Book more than 15 nights and get 10% discount on daily rate. Book more than 30 nights and get 20% discount on daily rate.
PAYMENT:
20% downpayment for dates allocation and balance will be paid 28 days before arrival. Booking within 30 days upon arrival needs to pay 100%.
Security Deposit of THB20,000 will be collected in cash upon check in and THB2,000 cleaning fee on departure.
CANCELLATION:
FULL PAYMENT - Guests will receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel 14 days before check in date and no refund if cancel within 48 hours.
SPLIT PAYMENT - Guests will receive a 50% refund of the balance if they cancel 14 days or less before check in date. 20% downpayment is non-refundable.
