A one off charge of £150 will be added to your rate to cover cleaning costs on your departure.A security deposit of £1000,against any possible damages, will be required (returned to you within 7 days of your departure once the apt. is oked by my manager).A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation and payment in full must be made 30 days in advance of the booking. New Year and Carnival require a 10 night min booking, the rate £4000 inclusive (full payment in advance at the time of booking for these special events).
