All villa rental rates quoted are for up to 8 guests staying at the villa, unless otherwise stated in your quote. Extra guests' rate... if over 8 guests, then per guest per night rate may apply. This will be included in your quote at the time of booking. If extra guests need to be added after your booking, then the owner will amend the booking accordingly.
A £200 security deposit is required, providing there is no damage or breakages on your departure, nothing will be deducted.
INFANTS: There is NO CHARGE for 1st cot (Linen provided if needed) 2 x highchairs provided free. 1 x Travel cot is available to hire for 20 euros per week cot linen provided on request) All can be arranged if requested prior to arrival.
WIFI 35 euros per week payable on arrival, games equipment is 20 euros per week for the pool table and includes table tennis equipment, Jenga and a few outdoor games. needs to be requested prior to your stay. Payable on arrival.
All prices quoted (INCLUDE in the rental rate) is your electric, water, gas bottles for BBQ and all air-conditioning units. There are NO coin meters or extra charges for these at the end of your stay.
