The rental rates are for the house regardless of occupancy. Reduced rates for couples only may be available, please contact the owners to discuss. If you stay for more than one week, the house will be cleaned each weekend or, if you prefer not to have that, there is a reduction for subsequent weeks of £200 to reflect saving in cleaning costs (this does not show on the Trip Advisor site, please contact owners to implement). There are 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds and the maximum of 8 persons is based on the double sofa bed in the Sitting Room being used. Normally the minimum let is for one week but short stays are available out of peak times. For weekly lets the standard changeover day is Saturday. We can accept payment in Sterling or in Euro by electronic transfer.
