In Summer Saturday changeover, unless differently agreed upon. Rates are all-inclusive (energy, laundry, final cleaning) for the apartment independent of the number of guests up to 4. Couples with 3 small kids are welcome: no extra charge for the 3rd bed. Some pets are welcome but an extra charge may be applied. Please enquire with the owner.
