The above tariffs are inclusive of water, electricity, towels, & linen.

Preferred payments: Bank transfer.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required on confirmation of booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Account details will be supplied on confirmation of booking. Full payment (less the booking deposit £50) is required at the time of your booking or 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period, whichever first.

Changeover is any day of the week.
