A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date.
A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
2 week bookings include a change of linen and towels left in the apartment.
