3 Nights over Christmas 2023 and New Year 2023/24 is available at a rate of £800 per night
We are able accept one dog for a small additional fee upon request
During peak periods the house is available for a week and Change-over day is Saturday

There is a 25% non-refundable deposit which is made at the time of making the booking.
The balance is payable 60 days prior to the commencement of the holiday rental, with a security deposit of £500, this security deposit is refunded within 7 days of your departure, subject to the property being left in the same condition as found.
A higher security deposit, maybe required at the discretion of the owners.
