Payment procedure is 25% booking deposit , the balance 2 months prior to arrival. There is a damage deposit of €500 completely refundable within a week of departure. All bookings are Saturday to Saturday , occupancy 10 persons , additional fee of 350 euro per person per week over 8 guests , check in 4pm , checkout 11am. Your pet dog is welcome fee €275 per week per pet , max 2 pets . Sorry no cats.
