Changeover days are usually Wednesday or Saturday (can sometimes be flexible). A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £/euro 200 is also payable on arrival and is refunded immediately after your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
Check out is usually 11am. We cannot guarantee that late check outs will be available as this will depend on the arrival time of the next guests.
