Conditions of Booking:

For the comfort of all our guests, the apartment is Non Smoking throughout.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. The HL website will request the booking fee balance is payable six weeks prior to departure. We will also as you 6 weeks prior to departure for a refundable £100 security deposit together with £50 cleaning fee, or £65 for 5 occupants.

The security deposit (against loss of keys, breakages and excessive cleaning) will be refunded once we have received the apartment keys and confirmation from our house keeper that all is in order - typically within 10 days of your return - receipt of keys by us drives the timings.

Reservations can be held for 3 days to allow time to confirm your flights and for your deposit to reach us.

We accept payment via the Holiday Lettings payment facility.

Vacating the apartment:

If there is no immediate follow-on booking, then you may stay until you leave for the airport at no extra charge. Availability of this option will be confirmed at time of key delivery.

Cleaning can be arranged mid-week of a two week stay and is payable locally. Current cost 70 Euros.

The apartment is let with bed linen for each bed, bath and hand towels in each bathroom and Beach Towels.

Welcome packs: Cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc are provided and please use anything that you need from the cupboards - all we ask is if you finish a cleaning item please replace for next guest
