Additonal charges per additional person £65 (children £40) per week.
A bond will be required of £150 to cover any breakages, damage or excess electric/water/laundry/air conditioning usage.
Cleaning charges are not included within the rates, therefore £75 will be added to the rate. Any additional cleans required can be arranged for and paid locally.
