Change Over Dates:
We are very flexible regarding change over dates and we endeavor to accommodate your travel schedule.
Reservations:
A 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking secures your reservation. The balance of the payment is due 1 month prior to arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit:
There is a $200 damage deposit which is refundable within two weeks of departure from the villa.
