- These rates include rental of the apartment and 4 or even 6 visitors in three bedrooms. The rates also include electricity, bedlinen/towels, wireless internet access, parking (garage) and fees directly associated with booking these dates at Residence les Gentianes. School holiday weeks tend to book up earlier, and most or even all of July and August tend to book by the end of January! (Rates in the winter include a small supplement to help offset heating costs). Rentals are usually Saturday-Saturday but part-weeks or mid-week arrivals are negotiable, depending on the season and bookings.
- Discounts are available during off-peak periods for rentals of three weeks or more, and for late bookings (subject to availability). It might be cheaper to book by searching for us elsewhere. We suggest booking early as our rates are subject to revision each January. If you enquire by 31 December you can book early at that year's rates.
