The rate is inclusive of on-site private parking for 2 cars, beds prepared, house towels, gas/electric and free wifi. During the winter months one bag of logs, kindling and firelighters are included. The house should be left in a clear and tidy state with furniture where it was placed on arrival. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for a self catering stay and there will be welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.
