- a 25% deposit is required on booking, the full amount must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- 100 GB pounds will be added to the price to be held against any damages, this will be fully refunded (provided no damage) immediately after your stay. An inventory must be signed on arrival.
- Payment via paypal or bank transfer in GB pounds.
- Arrival time 1400 and check-out time 1000 - however if the property is vacant before or after your stay, times can be arranged to suit you.
- The property manager will greet you at the property either on arrival or at a convenient time. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
