The rental rate is fully inclusive of all bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels, electricity, heating, pre / post stay cleaning &laundry, (additional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged if required), key handover & collection.
Please note that the rental rate excludes any extra time that may be required to clean the apartment due to the condition in which you have left it (e.g. cleaning a dirty oven, hob, pans, removing stains or cleaning up after pets) as well as replacement of any logs that you have used and not replaced. The rental rate also excludes the mandatory Tourist Tax (taxe de sejour) which is payable direct at the Tourist Office.
