Daily rates will be charged in Malaysian Ringgit and converted to GBP or AUD or any other convertable currency. RM daily rates vary between 450 & 750 per day depending on seasonal factors and the number of guests.
Long term lets for longer than a calendar month attracts a discount of 25% for the entire period. For further details and discount arrangements please make enquiries.
Bookings can be made by email, fax or phone. A deposit equivalent 25% of the total rental amount is required on booking.
Payment can also be made in Malaysian Ringgit, USD, GBP or Australian Dollars and by credit card through PayPal.
A cleaning and laundry charge of RM100 is levied at the end of the stay.
Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment. In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.
