• 25% non refundable deposit to confirm booking and final payment is due within 28 days before arrival.
• Payments only by bank transfer/deposit prior to arrival in GBP or Euros.
Discounted prices will be offered for stays of between 7-14 nights, 15-29 nights and for longer than one month. Please inquire if applicable. The house takes 4 adults comfortably. Children may be able to be accommodated in the lounge area by arrangement for an extra fee.
Prices for stays of 1-3 months can be negotiated.
