A refundable deposit of £150 is payable on all bookings.
A cleaning and linen fee of £85 is payable and will be added to the booking.
Beach towels can be provided, if requested, at £3 each to cover laundry costs. Towels for indoor use and bedding are included in the fee.
Travel cot is available upon request.
An aircon meter is installed at the property, E10 is included with this booking, additional useage is payable locally from our key holder.
Off peak bookings in excess of 3 weeks will incur an additional fee to cover utility bills.
