A 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation.
The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be by bank transfer or Paypal (4% surcharge).
Outside of HIGH season the changeover day may be varied.
A damages deposit of £350 is payable and will be refunded within 14 days of departure subject to there being no breakages or excessive cleaning.
