From the 1st of May to the 31st of September a tourism tax of 0.55 per adult and per night will be charged, children 13 to 18, 0.40 cents per night and those under 12 are free.The tax will need to be pay separately at the cottage.
Cleaning: The lessee agrees that the premises shall be left clean and tidy. On the day of departure the house will be restored to the same state and condition as it was on the day of arrival. You may arrange in advance to have a cleaning service. The cost of cleaning the cottage is 70 Euros. Extra charges could apply if the cottage were to be left in an unreasonable state. The fee will need to be pay separately at the cottage.
A 250 Euro bond will also need to be paid on arrival.
