Changeover day is Saturday but we do have some flexibility with this if there is nobody renting before or after your required dates, and pricing can be worked out accordingly if a 10-day holiday is required. Please email the owner to discuss individual prices. Damage deposit of £150 required with final payment, this will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of vacating the property assuming there are no damages and the property is left in the same condition as it was found. Thank you. 50% of holiday price required upon booking. The 50% remaining charge is required 8 weeks prior to beginning of holiday together with a damage deposit of £150 which is returned within 2 weeks of vacating the property by cheque to the person who booked the holiday.

A damage/cleaning deposit of £150 is required in the form of a cheque two weeks prior to the start of the holiday. This will be refunded by cheque once the property has been checked for breakages and that it has been left clean and tidy. Minimum stay is one week.
