A 50% deposit of total stay is required with balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Full refund of deposit (minus unrecoverable fees) if cancellation is made no less than 8 weeks out from time of arrival date.
No refunds if cancelled less than 4 weeks from reservation, for unused portions or for no shows. Credit Cards accepted.
Rates INCLUDES all taxes and there are no other hidden charges.
