Water, gas and electric energy consumptions are already included in the booking price. The price includes also weekly cleaned linen. Every additional linen cleaning (if requested) is €10. Casa La Strea requires the compulsory service of final cleaning €20, that is not included in the price of the apartment so this has to be payed in cash to the homeowner.
