The standard accomodation for the villa is for 12 people, but should you require it there is a sofa bed located in the games room. There is no extra charge for the use of the sofa bed.
Check in for the property is after 4pm, (although we normally have guests checked in by 2pm), and check out is no later than 10am. Although should you wish to drop off or leave your bags and suitcases outside of these hours then it should be ok.
A refundable breakages/holding deposit of £1000 is to be paid at time of booking, and refunded within 7 working days of departure following a satisfactory inspection of the villa.
