A 30% deposit is required immediately to confirm booking.
This deposit is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the full balance payment. Full balance will be required 28 days prior to your stay.

In addition, a security deposit of 600 Pound Sterling will be required. This will be returned on the basis that nothing has been damaged (beyond reasonable wear and tear) or broken during your stay.
