Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.
* Rates are inclusive of linen, towels, final cleaning, utilities (water, electricity and heating) and wifi internet (no downloading of copyright material please).
* Rates for longer stays are a percentage of the weekly rate as follows:
8 nights 110%;
9 nights 120%;
10 nights 130%;
11 nights 140%;
12 nights 150%;
13 nights 160%
14 nights 170%.
* 3 week stays are 2.4 x the weekly rate, 4 week stays 3.1 x weekly rate
* Please leave kitchen tidy with all gear washed and put back and rubbish gathered!
* A refundable 20 Euro key deposit is paid on arrival.
* fresh linen and towels are provided (extra sets of linen for over 7 nights).
* Payment can be made: (1) by Euros to our Sparkasse account or (2) by Paypal in Euros, GBP, USD or AUD.
* Deposit of 20% holds a booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellations 20% up to 30 days prior, then 100% of stay if cancelled 0-29 days prior, up to a max value of 2 weeks rental. A smaller fee may be applied if rebooking alternative dates.
