We have a minimum charge of 7 nights excepting where short gaps are showing in the calendar or very short notice bookings.
10% discount for stays over 14 nights, 20% discount for stays over 28 nights

You may arrive and leave any day of the week. We charge on a daily basis, therefore we are able to accommodate arrivals and departures on any day of the week and holidays of any length (subject to paying for a minimum seven days unless at very short notice or to fill in gaps in calendar*). This can help you obtain cheaper flights.
We charge a refundable £50 security deposit.
*If you see a gap of less than 7 days between bookings on the availablity calendar then we can usually offer it at a reduced rate and the 7 days minimum charge will not apply.
