Price doesn't include:
1. Rome Tourist tax: Municipal Regulation 5.0 € per person per night (up to 10 nights), adults above 10 years.
Late Checkins: please communicate to landlady if you expect to arrive after 9pm. Price for late checkin: 20€ between 9-11pm; 40€ after 11pm.
For long Stays (more than 15 days) I supply linen/towel change, but no cleaning. Cleaning on demand € 45, including linen €80.
