We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for your hire booking them prior to arrival,but paying them to the landlord on your arrival: Cot Hire: Euro 20 per week; Maiden Service 2 hours per session: Euro 15 per hour, when available.

Additional Service Charge: Euro 125 (7 days or less) per week.
Our weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities and air-conditioning.
Tea towels and beach towels are not supplied.
Security deposit: on arrival the guest is kindly asked to give the landlord a security deposit of 300,00 Euro, which,all being well will be given back at the end of the stay.
The lost of the front door key costs 300,00 Euro.
