Notes on prices
Standard check-in day is Saturday. Short may be possible by arrangement at less busy times of the year 80% for 4 nights and 90% for 5 nights of the full weekly rate. Orchid Cottage sleeps 6 people in three upstairs bedrooms. With prior arrangement an additional day bed in a small fourth downstairs room can be made up for an extra charge of £30 for sleeping arrangement that requires the use of the day bed. The maximum occupancy is 6 people whether or not the extra occasional bedroom is used.

Changeover day
Standard check-in day is Saturday. Arrival 3.00pm. Departure by 10.00am.

Booking notes
Deposit of 25% required on booking. A security deposit of £150.00 will be required with the final payment 60 days before your holiday starts. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 week of departure unless damages, excessive extra cleaning or excess rubbish removal is required.
Payment options: In addition to PayPal and Credit card, we also accept payments by direct bank transfer or cheque (please contact for details).
