Extras: Central Heating Oil and Electricity are charged by meter readings agreed with guests on arrival and departure. A refundable security deposit of EUR 100.00 (EUR 150.00 in winter) or as otherwise agreed with you is payable in cash to our local agent at time of key collection. This will be refunded at time of departure once the Central Heating Oil and Electricity bills have been paid. This Security Deposit is additional to the Damage Deposit payable to Holiday Lettings/Tripadvisor at time of reservation. Assuming no damage, the Damage Deposit of €150.00 payable to Holiday Lettings/Tripadvisor at time of reservation is refundable by Holiday Lettings/Tripadvisor following the guest's departure.
Rental period: From 4.00 p.m. onwards on date of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on date of departure (except by prior arrangement). We are glad to be flexible with arrival and departure times where possible.
