For bookings , the Security Deposit must be paid to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are not allowed. However every effort will be made to relet the apartment. If fully successful, payment excluding deposit will be refunded.
A security deposit in cleared fund is payable at/before check in . (This will vary to the downside depending on age of children and size of group). Refunded within 15 working days of check out if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs.
