- 30% of the weekly rate in advance as deposit via bank transfer or via PAYPAL, in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Balance is to be paid cash at apartment key consigne.
- Prices are inclusive of electricity, gas, water.
Additional costs:
- In autumn/winter an extra cost of €40/week is added for heating.
- In summer, at optional request, Climatization Air Conditioning is available at extra cost of 40€/week is available
- Linen (bed sheets) washed and replaced weekly with addition of €8/week each person
- Towels if request are provided, washed replaced weekly with addition of €5 /week each person.
- Final cleaning of apartment is charged €35. If weekly cleaning is request additional €35/week
