Payment can be made on arrival if booking less than 4 nights in the B&B suite, but a deposit is required to hold the room. For longer rentals a bookings contract will be necessary particularly during the summer months. The B&B suite room has its own adjoining private lounge/dining area and during the summer holidays we include a microwave on request and washing up facilities together with use of cutlery and crockery for a small refundable deposit with rentals of a week or more. This works well for families that want to book flexible arrival departure dates and do not wish to cook whilst on holiday.

The room can be booked as a family suite for an additional 30 cents per night as it also has a large double sofa bed suitable for children or teenagers.

We can also quote room only prices if required as not all our guests want breakfast when they have their own fridge, although we offer a bread collection service each morning. PLEASE NOTE THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE B&B SUITE BOOKINGS THAT ARE FOR LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS. IF BOOKING A WEEK OR MORE A €100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUESTED.
