A deposit of 50% of total rental cost taken at time of booking. Balance due eight weeks before departure. We will send to you via email/post a copy of our booking confirmation document for your attention. The document will require completion and your signature. The booking will not be complete until this document as been completed and returned. Cleaning and Laundry charge £58. (70 Euro) This payment due at final payment stage. A security deposit of £100 will be required. This amount will be required at final payment stage and refunded within two weeks upon return
