Internet-access SBN High Speed with Fiber Optic Cables (10Mbps-100Mbps Download and Upload), electricity- and water-charges are included in above mentioned prices.

For the security guards a charge of THB 200.00 per month or fractional month and for the waste-management a charge of THB 200.00 per month or fractional month must be paid upon check-out.

Upon check-out, the guestroom must be as clean as it was when you checked in and the bed linens and bath towels must be washed and ironed, otherwise a charge of THB 2'000.00 for cleaning of the guestroom, washing and ironing the bed linens and bath towels is for your account and must be paid upon check-out and represents a onetime charge.

If you require cleaning of the guestroom, washing and ironing the bed linens and bath towels as well as your own clothes more frequently (e.g. on a weekly or daily basis) during your holidays, this can be arranged but must be discussed with the owners.

Breakfast is optional for THB 100.00 to THB 120.00 per breakfast and per person and must be paid upon ordering to the owner.

It is possible to have a personal assistance during your holidays (e.g. for elderly peoples) to help you, but the cost therefore must be discussed with the owner before booking this guestroom.
