In compliance with the City Council resolution n. 35 of 29/03/2012, from April the 1st the City of Greve in Chianti will introduce the tourism tax. The rate is euro 2,00 per person for adults from 14 years old per night till 7 nights (over 14 years) and is not include in the price of the apartment. Will be charged extra on arrival and needs to be paid in cash.
In the farmhouse there is the free wifi and the password is:presurawifi. To use the safe box you can just use the special key that we provide you. To use the aircondition you have to put the special key (black one) and plug it and later just use the remove control to turn on. About the heating just turn the thermostat that you can find on the wall and you can decide your perfect temperature.To go to our private lake you can take the key in the reception.
