The accommodation does sleep 4 comfortably and prices quoted are for 4 persons, however there is room to accommodate a fifth or sixth person on the Greek style bed settees in the dining kitchen area. Prices for the additional persons are 50 Euros per person per week.

A 25% deposit is required on all bookings with final balance paid two months prior to arrival. Payment in full required for bookings made less than 2 months prior to arrival.

Payments in Euros only by bank transfers.

No security deposit is requested, however charges will incur in the event of damage to property or key losses. Damage to property will be determined by the overall cost of repair, or replacement. 75 Euros will be applicable for key loss, as locks will have to be replaced.

Plenty of flexibility with check in/out except on changeover days, or high season, then the following is applicable:

CHECK IN at 18:00
CHECK OUT at 10:00

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
