FREE ACCESS:
• To our Heated Pool including Spa & Aquabike, 5x12m ±30°C//86°F from 15th of April to the 31th of October, treated with salt
• Wifi High speed in & round our accommodations for free websites
• Free Access to the laundry (Powder not provided)
• Pets are welcome & no daily fee for them, in not agressive with ours in shared spaces
• Plancha & Barbecue at your disposal if correctly cleaned (charcoal not provided)
PAYMENT: Checks , Bank transfer, Cash
BOOKING:
• Confirmation of the period and the accommodation chosen by mail
• Rental Agreement must be sent the following week + Deposit 30% not Refundable
• & Balance must be paid one month before the arrival
CANCELLATION without insurance
•The Deposit is not refundable but if informed early enough to re-rent a credit invoice ail be established
• Stay cancelled less than 1 month before, the balance will be paid back for all the days re-rented.
• For all stays cancelled 48 hours before, on the day of the arrival of during the stay. The balance has to be completely paid.
OTHER SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:
• Cancellation Insurance +4% of the amount of your stay
• Additional guest over the capacity of the accommodation
+20€ per night & per person staying in the gite
+10€ per night & per person to camp in the garden
+5€ per day & per person for visitors over the capacity of the gite
• Heating from the 1st of Oct. au 15th of May included for a temperature of 20°C, Outside this period fee of 75€ per week.
• Recharge electric vehicle 10 € per night
• Guest Table to book with the gite & to be paid with the balance.

- Brunch sweet-salty 20€/day/pers & 10€ for children -12 years old
- Diner : family cooking made of fresh local & seasonal ingredients
