Notes on prices:
All prices are for exclusive use of the house, gardens and private HEATED pool. Only one group stay at the house at any one time. Strictly no visitors.
Christmas and New Year constitute Peak Season
Bedlinen, towels (1 x bathsheet and pool towel per guest and 2 x hand towels in all bathrooms) included in price.
Professional cleaning immediately prior to arrival with a minimum of 5 hour turnaround
Bedsheets and towels changed weekly
Airport transfer and driver available upon request (prices vary)
Prices include weekly professional cleaning. Non refundable deposit of 30% required to confirm booking Balance due 15 weeks prior to arrival £250 refundable breakages deposit required prior to arrival
